System monitoring

Fault Detection & Diagnosis (PCA)

Module ready for use
by Universitat of Girona

Large number of variables are systematically collected and monitored in buildings. The FDD-PCA module allows to analyse a set of data in an easy and advanced way, alerting of misbehaviours associated with energy consumption and linking it with behaviour of influent monitored points.

RenSIM – Renewable Energy Simulation Module

Module ready for use
by CyRIC, Cyprus Research & Innovation Center Ltd

REnSIM is a flexible energy simulation software applicable for Renewable Energy Systems. REnSIM relies on advanced energy modelling algorithms for the design, optimal sizing and real time calculation of energy output and performance of Photovoltaic Systems and Solar Water Heating Systems. The REnSIM advantages concern the ease of use and simplicity, quick setup and fast simulation process, increased accuracy of algorithms due to the dynamic simulation of system performance parameters, performance assessment and detection of production losses.

Visualization

My Energy Assistant

Module ready for use
by Inoxia

The data visualization module for building occupants is aimed to help reduce de performance gap by:

  • Giving access to the data collected on the building to the occupants
  • Making the data understandable and easy to read for a large audience (non-technical profiles)
  • Influencing them in their daily interaction with the building by providing indicators that they can well apprehend

BIM Viewer / 3D Visualization Module Zutec Dimensions

Module ready for use
by Zutec

Dimensions is an application that can show real time data from a building on the 3D model providing an interactive interface to the current status of the building. This allows facility managers to quickly identify potential problems to take the neccesary actions. This is aided by any data associated with the model. eg. Maintanance manuals or warranty information.

Energy behaviour

ENIXO – Semantic-driven Behaviour Simulation

Module ready for use
by EGE University

Enixo, the semantic driven energy behavior module, provides energy controlling and forecasting in buildings, offers a benchmarking tool for energy efficiency improvement, whilst keeping its special focus on indoor air quality and users’ comfort. In particular, the tool detects bad indoor air quality, checks its compliance with the standards and identifies occupant discomfort states in buildings.

The tool provides practical solutions including :

  • Detect abnormal energy consumption and its location
  • Monitor energy consumption and compare to the predicted consumption
  • Compare energy performance between floors, zones, spaces etc.
  • Detect user discomfort state and bad indoor quality
  • Generate recommendations towards energy efficiency and user comfort
